VISION
Who We Are
EBO Financial Services Ltd, Main office is located in Bwizibwera Town Board, about 25 kilometers from Mbarara town on Ibanda Road. It was founded in 1995 as a rotating savings and credit association driven by the self-help spirit in Rutooma village, Rwanyamahembe Sub County, Kashari County. In 2002 it was registered and started formal operations as a Savings and Credit Cooperative with membership initially from Rwanyamahembe Sub County but later expanded to other sub counties. Currently it draws membership from Kashari County, Mbarara Municipality and neighbouring districts of Sheema, Ibanda, Kiruhura, Kamwengye and Buhweju.
Human Assets
We believe that human resource is one of the vital assets of an Institution. We take due care at the time of recruitment of new staff, conduct promotion exercises for skill development of existing staff and encourage continuous up skilling of the staff through in-house and external training programmes.
The total staff strength is approximately 160 staff, all saving in the current 12 (twelve) Branches.
